CNC Operator / Setter Operator - Permanent PM Shift
Location: Brierley Hill
Recruiter: Hawk 3 Talent Solutions
Salary: £27,600 - £32,000 (inc. shift allowance & performance bonus)
Working Hours: Mon-Wed 14:00-00:00 | Thurs 14:00-23:30
Overtime Available | Permanent Role | Immediate Start
About the Role:

You'll join a fast-paced, successful manufacturing team operating a variety of CNC machines-primarily lathes and VMCs-with Fanuc and Siemens controls.
Operate and/or set CNC lathes and CNC VMCs
Manage multi-machine cells: 3 spindles per operator (typically 2 CNC lathes + 1 VMC)
Ensure quality, precision, and safety standards are consistently met
Maintain production efficiency on the permanent PM shift
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or CNC Setter Operator
Ability to work with Fanuc and/or Siemens controls
Comfortable running multiple machines within a cell
A proactive attitude and commitment to quality
