Are you a passionate HLTA ready for your next exciting opportunity, covering lessons across all primary key stages?
Have you delivered lessons in teachers' absence, led booster sessions, and supported pupils in raising attainment?
Do you want to make a real impact on children's progress in both literacy and numeracy?

Academics are working with a welcoming, popular, and friendly Primary School in Sheerness who are seeking an enthusiastic HLTA to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA with solid knowledge of the primary curriculum and a supportive, flexible approach. The role is to start ASAP.

HLTA qualification (essential)
Experience of working across Primary phases and leading whole-class lessons
Strong behaviour management skills
The ability to support children's well-being and safeguarding at all times
A positive, approachable and inspiring attitude with excellent communication skillsAcademics can offer you:
