Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant (Schools)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: East & West Midlands (home-based with regional travel)

Job
You will be responsible for:

Managing school employer relationships across the region.

Leading and coaching a team of Account Managers to achieve KPIs.

*

Building long-term partnerships with schools to meet recruitment needs.

*

Using workforce data to identify hiring trends and opportunities.

*

Acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders in schools.

*

Ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment and training services.

Ideal Candidate

*

Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally in schools or education.

*

Leadership skills with proven success in managing teams.

*

Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills.

*

Knowledge of education, skills, or employability sectors.

*

Flexible to travel across the Midlands.
