We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Clevedon that is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team.

Location: Clevedon, BS21
Salary: £100 - £125 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Part-time, 26 hours per week (Monday-Thursday), Term time only

The Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

Lead and cover classes in the absence of the class teacher, using pre-prepared planning to ensure continuity in learning.
Deliver targeted intervention activities to boost pupil confidence and support children with additional learning needs.
Contribute to extra-curricular activities and provide pastoral support to pupils across the school.
Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that helps every child reach their potential.What We're Looking For

HLTA status or significant classroom-based teaching assistant experience.
The ability to deliver engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, and whole classes.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A passion for supporting children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
