Support Young Learners Every Day - Join a Friendly School in Harborne as a Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to become part of a caring school community in Harborne, starting this September.

Role Information:
Start Date: September
Location: Harborne, Birmingham
Pay: £88.94-£100 per day
Contract: Ongoing with strong potential for permanent employment

What You'll Do:

Support individual pupils and small groups as a Learning Support Assistant to fully engage with their learning

Adapt lessons and materials to meet a variety of learning needs

Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored support plans

Encourage pupils with SEN to develop independence and confidence

Promote positive behaviour and support emotional wellbeing in the classroom

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant working with children with SEN

Good understanding of strategies to support a wide range of additional needs

Ability to work confidently both on your own and as part of a team

A patient, caring, and resilient attitude

Based locally or able to commute reliably to Harborne
