Job Title: Office Administrator
📍 Location: Thirsk (Office-based, may also be based in the workshop as and when needed)
💷 Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour, Paid weekly PAYE on a Friday
🕒 Start Date: ASAP
📅 Contract: Until December 2025 (with potential to extend)

About the Role:

A well-established manufacturing company in Thirsk is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their small, friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident using computers and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering customer orders into the system
Printing picking orders for warehouse teams
Supporting the customer service team with admin tasks
Answering incoming customer calls and handling queriesWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an office/admin role
Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and organisational skills
