Description

Are you ready to make an impact? We're seeking a dynamic HVAC Engineer to join our busy Tools Engineering and Service Support Department. Collaborate closely with our Service Support Engineer, applying your expertise in electronic and mechanical tools to diagnose, repair, and calibrate our brand products. Engage with customers, both internal and external, and contribute to our New Product Development and Quality Teams.

What You'll Do:

Perform warranty assessments and implement remedial actions.
Repair, service, and calibrate customer-owned equipment.
Assemble and prepare specialist products for dispatch.
Assist with warranty and returned goods processes.
Provide technical support to Customer Service and Commercial Teams.
Deliver product training to internal teams.
Participate in new product testing
Manage product calibration, both in-house and externally.
Maintain spare parts inventory for repairs.
Keep organized daily records and reports.

What We're Looking For- Essential:

Minimum 5 years' experience in HVACR industry.
Basic understanding of electrics and electronics.
Skilled in fault finding for electrical and mechanical issues.
Independent problem solver and self-starter.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
Efficient organization and time management.
Innovative thinker with solid decision-making skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.

Preferred:

F-Gas Registered
forklift license.
Additional European language a plus
