Sales Engineer

€75,000 - €90,000 + Hybrid Working + Company Car + Sales Training + Equipment

Our client are a major player in the world of smart building technology, delivering intelligent systems for climate control, energy management and automation across mission critical, commercial and industrial facilities.

As a Sales Engineer, you'll act as the crucial link between customers and solutions, identifying needs, designing BMS-based proposals and winning projects that reduce energy consumption and enhance user comfort.

Responsibilities:

Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the building and real estate sectors.
Consulting on building automation and energy-efficient system solutions (HVAC, lighting, sensors, BMS).
Creating and presenting technical/commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
Collaborating with in-house engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
Keeping ahead of emerging tech and identifying growth opportunities.

Experience Required:

Proven experience in building automation, HVAC controls, BMS, or similar technical environments
A technical mindset combined with a commercial edge - you can talk tech and close deals
Familiarity with systems such as KNX, Modbus, BACnet, or platforms like Priva, Siemens, Trend, etc.
Fluency in Dutch and EnglishINDEU
