Sales Director – Media & Advertising

📍 Isle of Man | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 £upto75k+ base + bonuses

Are you a strategic sales leader ready to take charge of a high-impact commercial team in a fast-paced media environment?

We’re looking for a Sales Director to drive revenue growth across print, digital, and event platforms. You’ll lead a talented team, build strong client relationships, and shape the future of multimedia sales on the Isle of Man.

🔑 What You’ll Do

* Develop and execute sales strategies that hit ambitious revenue targets

* Lead and mentor a growing commercial team

* Build new business networks and strengthen existing client relationships

* Drive innovation across multiple media channels

* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape commercial direction

🎯 What You’ll Bring

* 5+ years in sales leadership, ideally in media or advertising

* Proven success in hitting and exceeding targets

* Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills

* CRM and sales analytics proficiency

* A passion for growth and community engagement
