Deputy Manager

Elderly Nursing Home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire

£27.80 per hour plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly

Full time hours (7am - 7pm, 3-4 days per week to include alternate weekends)

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Deputy Manager to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.

Package for the Deputy Manager but not limited to:

* £27.80 per hour plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly

* Full time hours (7am - 7pm, 3-4 days per week to include alternate weekends)

* Pay Rises – Annual Performance related pay increases of up to 8% in addition to any cost of living increase

* Holiday - 28 Days including Bank Holidays

Deputy Manager requirements:

* Relevant Professional qualification (e.g. Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

* Minimum of three years’ experience in a residential/nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with Dementia

* Conducting effective person centred one to ones

* Live within 30 minutes of the home.
