Primary School Teacher

Role: Primary Teacher - long-term full-time or part-time roles
Location: Thanet
Salary Range: £34000 - £45000

Tradewind is recruiting! We work with a range of Primary Schools in the Thanet area, join us today! We are looking for Teachers for ad-hoc, short-term or long-term positions.

Create dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the National Curriculum and reflect the unique needs of every learner.

Cultivate a welcoming and stimulating classroom where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to achieve their best.

Plan and deliver lessons that ignite curiosity and encourage active participation.

Track and evaluate pupil progress, giving constructive feedback that supports continual growth.

Maintain a calm, organised environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.

Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's progress.

Work closely with colleagues and support staff to provide the highest standard of education for every student.

What We're Looking For

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching at primary level

Excellent communication and time-management abilities

A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
