3M Resouurcing are currently looking to recruit a Mortgage Advisor for a reputable estate agency based in Thanet. This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible paying a salary of £28,000 with OTE of £60,000.

Our client is a well-established and reputable estate agency, specialising in residential sales, lettings, land & new homes development, and mortgage services. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and comprehensive property solutions, they are now seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their team.

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, supporting them from their initial consultation through to completion. This is a client-facing role, both virtually and in-person, where you will play a key part in helping individuals and families secure the best mortgage solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver professional, personalised mortgage advice to a broad range of clients.

* Recommend suitable insurance and protection products tailored to client circumstances.

* Manage and develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

* Liaise with multiple lenders to source competitive mortgage offers.

* Achieve and exceed agreed performance and sales targets.

* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and uphold industry best practices at all times.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can demonstrate:

* Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Broker / Consultant / Specialist or similar.

* Proven track record in writing mortgage business and achieving sales targets.

* CeMAP1 qualification (or equivalent) or current Competent Adviser Status (CAS).

* Strong ability to build rapport, trust, and lasting client relationships.

* Excellent knowledge of the mortgage market and lender products.
