Based in Downton, Wiltshire, we are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join a fantastic residential care home. We are looking for Night shifts only. Ideally you have a level 2 or 3 in health and social care and be looking to progress your career.

The home offers excellent personalised touches including a small number of residents that will be under your care so you can get to know and develop relationships with the residents. We are looking for 2 night shifts per week, working from 20.00pm to 08.00am.

Salary : £12.50per hour

Main Duties:

* Provide personal care to residents with dignity, compassion and respect

* Administer medication safely and efficiently.

* Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for residents, their families, and your colleagues.

* Maintain clear communication to ensure residents' needs are always met.

While an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, we value passion, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents. If you bring dedication, leadership, and a positive attitude, we’ll provide the tools and training to help you grow.You must be medication trained.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the residents, the successful candidate is expected to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
