An excellent role on offer for a Maintenance Technician looking to work for a specialist manufacturing company where you will undergo full training to become a Maintenance Engineer, whilst working on state of the art machinery.

Have you got a level 2 qualification in any engineering discipline? Do you want to progress your career into a fully qualified Maintenance Engineer? Are you looking to work on technologically advanced machinery?

This award winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They are continually expanding their business and increasing their production output, by introducing brand new equipment and improving existing processes. They are now looking for a Maintenance Technician who will join a team of highly skilled and trained engineers.

In this role you will be responsible for Planned and Reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment, including Packaging Equipment, Labelling Machines, Conveyors, and Fillers but also be heavily involved in Site services maintenance. You will receive full training in order to progress your career into a Maintenance Engineer.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer who is looking to work on technologically advanced, innovate machinery whilst progressing your career into a Maintenance Engineer.

The Role:

Planned preventive maintenance and breakdown repair
Working days: Sunday - Thursday
Working closely with production to ensure optimum efficiency
£29,000 + (£35,000+ with overtime) + Full Training provided + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

Must have a level 2 engineering qualification
Wants to progress your career long term
Live local to Telford or serious about relocating
