Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Halstead, on a ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering to customers in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all driving and safety standards are maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities

*

Delivering goods to customers across various locations

*

Speaking to customers face-to-face, providing excellent service at all times

*

Adhering strictly to the Highway Code and company driving policies

*

Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time

*

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

*

Maintaining a clean and presentable vehicle

Experience, Education & Qualifications

*

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence essential

*

CPC and Digi Tacho card required

*

Previous experience in a similar driving role desirable

*

Excellent communication skills and customer service focus

*

Ability to work independently and follow scheduled routes

*

Strong awareness of health & safety and road regulations

Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (including weekends)
Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour
