Location: Ruislip, London

Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 a year

About the Role
A well-established private dental practice in Ruislip, is looking for a professional, energetic, and organised Practice Manager. This role is ideal for someone with proven management experience in the dental industry who is motivated to lead a successful practice and team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice

Lead, support, and motivate the team

Manage HR procedures, recruitment, and staff training

Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and practice policies

Control budgets and manage costs effectively

Deliver excellent patient care and customer service

Maintain accurate records using SOE and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's experience in the dental industry

Proven practice management skills

Strong financial awareness

Excellent people management and communication skills

Knowledge of HR and CQC compliance

Organised, detail-focused, and results-driven

Confident using SOE, Word, and Excel
