Job Title: Workshop Technician

Location: Handforth Dean, Cheshire East

Contract Details: 6 months (with potential for extensions)

Salary: £15 per hour

As a Workshop Technician, you will:

Assist in the assembly and maintenance of production equipment
Conduct routine inspections and repairs to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to improve processes
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Document work completed and report any issuesEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a teamDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
Familiarity with CNC machinery and tools
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulationsTechnologies:

CNC machinery
Hand tools and power tools
Diagnostic and measuring equipment
