Improvement Facilities Manager to join a national Facilities Management Business, FM, North East Facilities.

Your new company
Due to expansion and internal promotion a requirement for a Continuous Improvement Manager has arisen to join a national Facilities Management provider providing exceptional facilities management, specialising in soft services to an expanding client portfolio.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the identification and innovation of existing contracts to maximise productivity and enhance customer satisfaction. This role sits in partnership with the Strategic Account Director and would be suitable for someone from a background of managing single or multiple contracts with a proven history of innovative troubleshooting.

What you'll need to succeed
First and foremost you will be a trouble-shooter and excellent client facing operator with the ability to drive and lead a small team to support contract managers to deliver continued top-quality service. Ability to identify yourself as an operational expert and a proven history of change management is key to success in this role.

Ideally you will come from an operational Facilities Management pedigree and be appropriately qualified in project management systems (Prince2 / Agile or equivalent). The essential you will need to bring to this role is evidence of your track record for identifying service issues within Facilities Management contracts and how you compiled and executed the innovative solutions.
