We are looking for a passionate Primary Teacher to work within our welcoming Primary School in the Ripley area

About the Role:

As a QTS Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality learning experiences for pupils following all teacher standards. You'll have the opportunity to teach across different year groups, delivering engaging lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering lessons that align with the curriculum
Adapting lessons to suit pupils' needs and learning styles
Managing classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a safe and inclusive environment
Providing constructive feedback and assessing pupil progress
Supporting children with SEND or additional needs where required
Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
Engaging pupils in exciting and interactive lessons
Safeguarding children and ensuring their welfare remains a priorityDesirable Attributes:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience working across Primary year groups
Strong classroom management skills
Ability to differentiate lessons to support all learners
Enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality education
Understanding of SEND and supporting pupils with additional needs
