We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential care service in the Wirral area. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care, team leadership, and regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
Ensure the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC Fundamental Standards
Maintain high-quality service delivery and promote continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and professionals
Lead a person-centred approach that is accessible, flexible, and reliable
Recruit, train, and manage a competent and compassionate staff team
Oversee budgeting and financial management
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance policies and internal procedures
Carry out day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks efficiently
Registered Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Care Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager, or Registered Manager
Recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to lead, delegate, and manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in adult social care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
