Foundation Lecturer – Life and Living Skills (E1 Certificate)

Location: [Harrow Area]
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Immediate start / Temporary cover

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Foundation Lecturer to deliver the E1 Certificate in Life and Living Skills. This role is ideal for someone with experience teaching life skills in a foundation learning setting.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience delivering life skills in a foundation or similar setting

*

Teaching qualification desirable but not essential

*

Strong ability to manage challenging behaviour and adapt teaching approaches to individual needs

The Role Includes:

*

Supporting students to develop essential life and living skills

*

Working with individuals with diverse needs, including challenging behaviour, physical disabilities, and additional learning support requirements

*

Collaborating with a supportive team to provide high-quality foundation learning experiences

Skills & Experience:

*

Experience with manual handling, buccal medication administration, or similar specialist training is advantageous

*

Confident in working with students with varied abilities and needs
