About the Role
Link3 Recruitment is looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher (QTS) to join one of our valued partner schools in Nottinghamshire. Key Responsibilities

*

Plan and deliver dynamic, engaging Business Studies lessons that meet the national curriculum and inspire pupils at KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable).

*

Assess, monitor and support students’ progress and attainment.

*

Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning.

*

Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

*

Collaborate with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure students thrive.

*

Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

*

Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding at all times.

Person Specification

Essential:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

In-depth knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum (KS3–KS4, KS5 desirable)

*

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

*

A proactive, positive attitude towards teaching and learning

*

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Desirable:

*

Previous experience teaching Business Studies in UK secondary schools

*

Flexibility to cover other subjects where required

*

Additional qualifications (e.g., SEND, EAL, safeguarding training)
