The Role – SEN Science Teacher

Qualiteach are looking for a dedicated SEN Science Teacher to join a specialist SpLD school in Barnet starting this September. You will be teaching small classes of secondary-aged pupils who present with a range of specific learning difficulties, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and mild ASD. Lessons are adapted to suit individual learning profiles, with a strong focus on building confidence, processing skills, and independent learning.

As an SEN Science Teacher, you will need to demonstrate creativity in your teaching, strong differentiation skills, and the ability to break down complex scientific concepts into accessible learning. Prior experience teaching in an SEN setting or supporting students with literacy difficulties is essential.
