Role Overview
We're hiring an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement operations and ensure a cost-effective, resilient supply chain. This is a key role in supporting fast-moving product lines and maintaining high standards of quality, availability, and ethical sourcing.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
Manage international supplier relationships
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
Monitor inventory and manage replenishment
Oversee sample development within assigned categories
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations
Analyse market trends and supplier performance
Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainability standards (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX)
Utilise ERP systems for purchasing and reporting
Forecast material needs based on sales and seasonal trends
Lead and mentor the purchasing team Requirements

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain (apparel industry preferred)
Strong background in offshore supplier management and international logistics
Skilled in negotiation and supplier development
Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
Proficient in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
CIPS qualification or equivalent (desirable) Benefits
