In preparing to launch a suite of new COVID-19 diagnostic products that will play a key role in addressing the ongoing pandemic, our client is looking to appoint a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute the commercial launch of these products and manage ongoing day-to-day business.

The Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of a focused marketing strategy that establishes a new and differentiated brand and aggressively drives sales. Supporting market penetration and growth through brand positioning, targeting and messaging for the COVID-19 portfolio, the role’s responsibilities will also expand over time to include the management of additional, new diagnostic product lines in the company’s pipeline.

The Senior Global Product Marketing Manager will play an important role in driving the organization through its next critical phase of growth and therefore requires strong strategic marketing and product management skills and implementation capabilities. Ideally, this individual will possess an understanding of medical device and specifically diagnostic marketing and product management, with experience in managing successful product introductions.

This role will appeal to a marketer with a strong drive for results and team orientation who is excited about the opportunity to drive substantial business growth while simultaneously making a significant contribution to public health.


* Strong leadership skills and ability to drive complex projects to completion

* Proven strategic thinking capability including strong customer focus, needs identification and value proposition development

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing and business strategies and plans

* Ability to use sound, independent reasoning and judgment to establish work priorities and identify ways to optimize project timelines and to mitigate project risks/delays

* Highly effective communication, interpersonal skills and emotional Intelligence that have resulted in positive relationship building

* Proven ability to work in high-paced environment and routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing

* Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical aspects of diagnostic products

* Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

* 5+ years of relevant marketing, product management and commercial leadership

A leading manufacturer of oral fluid diagnostic and collection devices and other technologies designed to detect or diagnose critical medical conditions, our client’s portfolio of products is sold globally to clinical laboratories, hospitals, clinics, public health organizations, research & academic institutions, distributors, government agencies and physicians’ offices. It’s over the counter products are also available in pharmacies across North America, South America, Europe and Australia
