Your Responsibilities

As our new Year 3 Teacher, you will:
✅ Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
✅ Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to succeed.
✅ Support children’s reading, writing, and numeracy development, ensuring progress for all learners.
✅ Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
✅ Encourage children’s curiosity, problem-solving skills, and independence in learning.
✅ Work closely with parents and carers to support children’s learning both at school and at home.
✅ Collaborate with the Key Stage 2 team to develop innovative teaching approaches.

What We’re Looking For

✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
✔ Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3.
✔ A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
✔ A creative and child-centred approach to teaching and learning.
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
✔ A commitment to high-quality primary education and supporting children’s individual needs.
