Installer / Fitter
Full-time , Immediate Start Available

£25000 - £40000 dependant on experience

Are you a skilled with using power tools with a passion for quality workmanship and a strong sense of leadership?

Do you have experience in any of these areas or something similar?:

Window or door fitting
Blinds, curtains or shutters installation
Carpentry / Carpenter / Joinery
Conservatory installation
Kitchen or bedroom fitting
Shopfitting
Plumbing or electrical installations
About the Role:

As an Installer / Fitter, you’ll take a leading role in delivering top-quality installations, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out installations with precision, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Lead by example — support, train, and coach the fitting team in best practices
Review job notes, survey sheets, and ensure readiness before every installation
Carry the necessary tools and parts to complete jobs efficiently and effectively
Resolve any remedial or rework issues quickly and confidently
Collaborate with manufacturing and sales to identify and solve recurring issues
Always follow company health & safety procedures
Ensure the workspace is clean, organised, and left spotless after each job
Demonstrate products to customers, explain safety features and aftercare, and gather sign-off
Update customer notes and job status
Hand out marketing materials and encourage customer feedback
Support sales efforts by identifying marketing opportunities on-site
You’ll thrive in this role if you

Have proven experience in installation/fitting using power tools
Are confident working independently and as part of a team
Can take initiative, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure
Have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work
Are proactive, punctual, and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Are confident coaching and guiding others
Hold a full UK driving licence
