History Teacher Needed – Ellesmere Port Catholic High School

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic History Teacher to join Ellesmere Port Catholic High School on a short-term placement.

Location: Ellesmere Port Catholic High School, Capenhurst Lane, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 7AQ

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6.5 hours per day)

📚 Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring History lessons to secondary students, following the school’s curriculum and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Humanities and a passion for bringing history to life.

✅ Requirements:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*

Experience teaching History at secondary level

*

Strong classroom management and communication skills

*

Ability to motivate and inspire students
