Job Title: Clinical Nurse Educator
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Department: Clinical Nursing Operations
Reports to: Nurse Unit Manager / Team Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs for nursing staff. The CNE plays a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence by fostering continuous professional development, mentorship, and evidence-based practice across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Design, implement, and evaluate orientation and ongoing training programs for nurses and clinical trainees.

*

Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess learning needs and develop tailored educational plans.

*

Facilitate the integration of evidence-based practice into clinical care and support quality improvement initiatives.

*

Mentor and support nursing staff through preceptorship programs, fostering professional growth.

*

Participate in policy development, competency assessments, and regulatory readiness.

*

Contribute to clinical innovation through product evaluations and system enhancement initiatives.

*

Serve as a subject matter expert and role model for clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications:

*

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree or clinical teaching certification preferred).

*

Current RN licensure.

*

Minimum of 6 years relevant clinical and educational experience.

*

Proficient in English (Arabic preferred).

*

Strong skills in communication, project management, change management, and evidence-based practice.
