Description

Our client, a leading engineering firm in the data centre sector, is currently seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join their team in Mons, Belgium. This role involves working on a hyperscale data centre project, ensuring the delivery of commissioned and operational M&E Systems to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing expertise on overall project commissioning processes
Attending meetings with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams
Coordinating with other trades to ensure smooth commissioning processes
Identifying and managing test equipment requirements
Managing sub-contractor testing and commissioning, including witness testing
Writing and reviewing Commissioning and Testing RAMS
Conducting quality control inspections during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages
Ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high quality standards
Analysing and resolving project issues and correcting deficiencies promptly
Maintaining detailed and accurate commissioning site reports
Ensuring project team personnel have the required EHS training

Job Requirements:

Mechanical or electrical qualification
Strong knowledge of commissioning (Cx) practices
Experience communicating project progress to stakeholders
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
