M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor

South West

£60,000 - £70,000 + Car/Allowance and Benefits package

Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a very lucrative location and successful client working from Clevedon.

We seek a candidate with 10 years + experience as a M&E Quantity and ideally a relevant education path

This is a new position; this individual will be joining an already existing elite commercial team who will play a pivotal role within an already leading M&E company working on exciting projects upto £20m

You will be responsible for:

Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
Produce monthly commercial reports
Monthly financial reviews
Support Preconstrution
Cash flow forecasting
Dispute resolution
Validation of Contracts
Procurement
To agree and resolve final accounts
Manage and implementation the insurances for the work packages
Cost value reconciliations and the variation's procedures
Risk and opportunity management procedures
