Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel confident every day?
We are working with a primary school in the Sandy area who are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND experience for a long-term/temp-to-perm basis. This role is to start as soon as possible on an ongoing/permanent basis.

Responsibilities
* Supporting individual pupils or small groups with their learning
* Assisting teachers with classroom setup, resources, and activities
* Helping children feel safe, included, and confident in the classroom
* Working with SEN pupils, adapting support to meet their needs
* Being a calm, caring presence throughout the school day
Requirements
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Experience working with children in a primary or early years setting
* SEND Experience
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach
* The ability to build strong relationships with both children and staff
* A flexible attitude – happy to take on both short-term and long-term roles
