Our client are a leading residential groundworks contractor based in Oxford. They have grown exponentially in recent years and have a client base of national housing developers. As part of their expansion they are recruiting an experienced Senior QS to financially manage 3 - 4 residential groundworks projects.The role will be office based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Financially managing 3 - 4 groundworks projects at a time
* Producing monthly variations and cost reports
* Pricing variations
* Managing cash flow
* Settling client accounts
To be considered you'll have a background working as a Senior QS/QS for a recognised groundworks contractor.
