Senior Design Engineer / Design Manager -£55k - £65K

They are a well-established manufacturing company seek a new Senior Design Engineer to join and design purpose built products including Conveyors, Platforms and specially built machinery. They are a business who partner with vast amounts of food companies.

You will work with a team of 9 Design Engineers, Draughtsperson and Service Engineer

Senior Design Engineer

£55-65K

Paid travel

3% Pension

25 day’s holiday

Senior Design Engineers / Design Managers Duties:

Carry out complex facility designs

Manage / oversee a team of 10 designers

Work with customers to design and quote new solutions

Project delivery, timely delivery of projects to agreed deadlines

Evaluate the quality of design work

Be ultimately responsible for Design

Oversee all commercial opportunities

Hands on designs when required

Senior Design Engineers / Design Managers requirements

Experience with the design of any of the following:

Conveyors

Specially built machinery

Platforms

Spray Booths

Heat Treatment Ovens

Paint Booths

Powder Coat booths

Surface Finishing systems

The office is based near to Lichfield the majority of the role will be carried out here
