Our Grimsby based client is seeking to recruit a full time and permanent Residential Commercial Surveyor to work out of their Cleethorpes Office which has a thriving commercial department. If you are passionate about property and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

THE ROLE:

* Conducting market appraisals on both commercial and residential properties.
* Listing properties for sale and to rent.
* Carrying out RICS compliant red book valuations.
* Managing rent reviews and lease negotiations.
* Preparing Shcedules of Condition and Delapidations.
* Liaising with landlords, tenants and vendors.
* Assisting with general property management tasks.
* Supporting colleagues with office cover during holidays and absences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

* Strong keyboard and IT Skills.
* Excellent communication- written and verbal.
* A professional and courteous approach to client services.
* Previous experience in commercial surveying is preferable.
* Associate RICS or MRICS qualification welcomed.
