Title: Blinds and Shutters Consultant
Location: Norfolk & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Monday–Friday, with every other Saturday (day off in the week when working a Saturday)
Salary: £35,000 + Commission
Additional Perk: Company van provided for carrying product samples

About the Client

Our North Norfolk-based client is rewriting the rule book on service-led, customer-focused blinds and shutters. With over 8 years of industry experience, more than 5,000 installations completed and a flawless 5-star customer review record, their business is built on trust, care, and quality craftsmanship. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Blinds and Shutters Consultant with industry experience to deliver exceptional service and guidance to their expanding customer base.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience selling blinds and shutters to take the next step in a consultative, customer-first environment. You’ll visit customers in their homes, offer tailored recommendations based on your expertise, and help them choose the perfect products with confidence.

You’ll already understand the nuances of blinds and shutters, and you’ll use that knowledge to provide practical, honest advice—never pushy, always helpful. This role suits someone who takes pride in their product knowledge and thrives on delivering a genuinely high-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct in-home consultations for blinds and shutters

* Measuring up for blinds and shutters

* Use your product knowledge to guide customers toward the best solution

* Build trust through a friendly, no-pressure approach

* Translate customer needs clearly to the office and fitting teams

* Take accurate measurements and record detailed notes

* Keep up-to-date with product developments and new ranges

* Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth

About You

* Previous experience selling blinds and shutters is essential

* Previous experience in measuring up for blinds and shutters

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Personable, trustworthy and focused on long-term customer satisfaction

* Self-motivated and confident working independently

* Committed to accuracy and attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence required

* DBS check will be carried out
