The Cyber Security Innovation (CSI) team has an opportunity for an Information

Security Manager 2 position leading the Collaboration Tools Team This team owns

and manages multiple Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence that are

supporting Information and Cyber Security teams through collaboration, work

flow enablement, etc. This team works with existing teams and new teams that

require these services to onboard and support their needs in these tools. This

team also creates and manages reporting capabilities using Tableau.



Key responsibilities include

* Lead effort to effectively onboard and manage teams using Collaboration

Tools Team resources and services

* Lead day-to-day application support functions encompassing Jira,

Confluence, and Bitbucket.

* Application ownership and leadership in day-to-day engineering support

function related to management and maintenance of hardware and software

supporting ICS Atlassian environment.

* Consult and plan with leadership to assess and prioritize new projects

and develop strategies to execute new initiatives, while maintaining

existing application portfolio.

* Lead interaction with multi-disciplinary teams with direct and matrixed

responsibilities to design and develop cyber security strategies that

align with the corporations goals.

* Manage and maintain workflow and set priorities for engineering direct

reports aligned to supported applications.

* Build and maintain partnerships with the users of Cyber Security

Innovation Collaboration Tools aligned to this position.

The position will interact and negotiate with middle and/or senior management

on a regular basis; create and implement communication plans including

presentations on program goals and plans, including progress reports; and may

be called upon to manage other projects and initiatives as needed.

* Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team

* Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring

talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback,

recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks,

and completing daily management tasks.



Required_Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following

information security, IT systems security or technology experience that

includes 2+ years direct experience in information security

* 2+ years of leadership experience in an Information Security or IT

environment

* 5+ years of Jira administration experience

* 5+ years of Agile experience

* 1+ years of Jira migration experience



Desired_Qualifications

* Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or

information security function that has impact across multiple lines of

business

* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an

organization

* 2+ years of process design or improvement experience

* 2+ years of vendor management experience

* Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business

and functional areas

* Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and

enterprise needs



Other_Desired_Qualifications

* Industry recognized relevant certifications such as SANS, Atlassian, etc.

* Proven success in participating in multi-disciplinary teams with direct

or matrixed management responsibilities

* Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive decisions often based on limited

information



Job Expectations

* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
