Job Opening: Quality Controller – Car PDI

Location:Stoke on Trent
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about automotive quality and detail-oriented to a fault? Join our dynamic team as a Quality Controller in our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) department and help ensure every vehicle that leaves our facility meets the highest standards. Training can be provided

Key Responsibilities:

*

Conduct final inspections of new vehicles post-PDI to ensure all checks are completed to company and manufacturer standards.

*

Identify and report any defects, cosmetic damage, or operational issues.

*

Liaise with PDI technicians and management to ensure rework is completed where necessary.

*

Follow a strict process to avoid delays

*

Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with internal and OEM quality systems.

*

Support continuous improvement initiatives in the PDI process.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably within the automotive sector.

*

Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.

*

Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot faults quickly.

*

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

*

A valid driver’s license is essential.
