General_Summary



Unum Group Seeks an IT Delivery Director Customer Communication Managemen

to work in Atlanta, Georgia. The IT Delivery Director Customer

Communication Management is responsible plans, directs, and coordinates the

activities of agile, infrastructure and operations teams supporting Customer

Communication Management (CCM) information technology (IT).



Specific_Duties_And_Responsibilities

* Provide leadership and direction to agile, infrastructure and operations

teams supporting, implementing and delivering new CCM IT solutions to

enable, enhance or transform business capabilities or services managing

functional areas of CCM IT to build, enhance, transform, and support CCM

IT and successfully deliver CCM IT outcomes

* Analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop standards and set

deadlines for agile, infrastructure and operations teams supporting

Customer Communication Management (CCM) information technology (IT)

* Strategic planning with business and IT stakeholders to provide

direction, guidance or recommendations on CCM IT and system architecture;

plan and utilize utilizing IT assets and capabilities in alignment with

the organization s strategic direction and tactical plans

* Collaborate with senior IT management and IT finance to create and manage

budgets; leverage deep understanding of CCM IT, emerging technologies,

and technical capabilities to guide and influence stakeholders and teams

in developing solutions, build, deployment, testing and ongoing

management of CCM IT services

* Ensures that agile teams apply the best software engineering practices

including test driven development, peer reviews, continuous integration

and deployment practices, unit and regression test automation,

comprehensive approach to addressing non-functional requirements,

adherence to standards, comprehensive definition of done, and

retrospectives.



Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,

Engineering, or a related field

* 5 years of experience; and the following proficiencies/skills

* Agile/Lean/Service Management; C++, C#, Java, .Net, Microsoft

Technologies, Web Services, SaaS Model, Integration Technologies, SDLC;

document design, generate, manage, deliver, and storage

* Customer Communication Management; and Data Integrations services and

legacy transformation.



Salary Range: $171,558 and $177,800/year
