Estimator – Roofing & Cladding
Type: Full-time, Permanent

An established and growing specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team. Operating across the South East, the business delivers high-quality roofing and cladding solutions to clients across a range of sectors including commercial, education, industrial, and public sector projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and forward-thinking company that prides itself on quality, safety, and delivering projects to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Preparing accurate cost estimates for roofing and cladding works based on tender drawings, specifications, and site visits.

*

Evaluating project risks and pricing accordingly to ensure commercial viability.

*

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and negotiate competitive prices.

*

Producing detailed tender submissions and supporting documentation.

*

Working closely with the operations and contracts teams to hand over secured projects effectively.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally within roofing, cladding, or envelope packages.

*

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and estimating software.

*

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

*

Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

*

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
