As a cloud strategy consultant, you will combine your understanding of our client's businesses and our thought leadership in the industry to create cloud strategies that will enable future ready enterprises. You will deliver business focussed cloud strategies that will enable the adoption, acceleration, and innovation on the cloud for our clients.

Senior Manager - Cloud Strategy - Permanent

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 p/a (plus pension contribution, healthcare options and bonus)

Location: London, Manchester or Glasgow (Hybrid)

Overview of the role:

Our client is a global consultancy and leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology. They are guided by their purpose of unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future. They are currently on the lookout for multiple experts within Cloud Strategy to form part of their Cloud Advisory capability within the wider Business Technology capability unit.

As a cloud strategy consultant, you will combine your understanding of our client's businesses and our thought leadership in the industry to create cloud strategies that will enable future ready enterprises. You will deliver business focussed cloud strategies that will enable the adoption, acceleration, and innovation on the cloud for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in cloud strategy and implementation for large or mid-size organisations on public clouds (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Experience in developing cloud adoption strategy and roadmaps for clients
Implementation of cloud strategies & transformation plans for clients to migrate to cloud.
Experience in translation of client business challenges into cloud-based solutions and strategy within specific technology and business domains
Understanding of cloud transformation challenges and pitfalls
Understanding of industry clouds provided by AWS, Azure, GCP in one or more industry domains
Understanding of the role of cloud for transformation of data & analytics, customer experiences and enterprise transformation
Being comfortable in a client-facing role, with previously consulting or advisory experience.
Evidence of having successfully delivered and led advisory engagements, driving positive outcomes and developing opportunities to deliver follow-on work
Evidence of leading successful large-scale, complex IT transformation delivery engagements in alignment to a client's strategic objectives
Evidence of managing teams, including multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments
The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Evidence of achieving sales targets of at least £500k per annum
