JOB SUMMARY



This position is responsible for providing financial and administrative support services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment to vendors and maintain an up-to-date payables system.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



Accurately Process Accounts Payable (40%)



Handles daily coding of Invoices and data input



Attaches checks to invoices and sort after checks have been printed



Researches questions (internal and external) relative to vendor invoices



Mails out checks twice a month



Accurately Process Employee Expenses Reports (25%)



Processes employee Expense Reports monthly
