Description

I'm exclusively working with a National 5 Star House Builder that require a Land Manager to join their team.

Based from their North West Office, with regular travel to sites, the role involves sourcing land for forthcoming developments, negotiate 'off market' site purchases with owners and agree terms, overages, source land titles and ownership and provide support to Managing Director to develop strategies, policies, procedures for land development.

They are ideally looking for an Land Manager or Senior preferable with qualifications to a level of NVQ 5/ Professional qualification or equivalent experience and must have land development experience. They are an organisation where skills, experience and contributions are valued and rewarded. Their employees have a voice and they actively listen to their ideas. They encourage innovation and creativity - they hold employee communication forums and focus groups regularly and review their employee engagement and reward strategy each year.

They've been established since the 1700's, and grown steadily over two centuries to become one of the most successful and respected names in the building, property development and construction industries.

I had a meeting with the Land Director where he advised the salary banding on offer is between £45K to £55k but for the right person, they would be prepared to be competitive
