The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics Department from September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is committed to inspiring students in Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of mathematics, and preparing them for GCSE examinations and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.

* Use data and assessment to inform teaching practice and support student progress.

* Participate in the development and implementation of departmental strategies.

* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and innovative teaching techniques.

* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating learning environment.

* Offer extra-curricular activities that enhance students' learning experience.

Ideal Candidate:

* Holds a relevant degree and a PGCE (QTS) in Mathematics.

* Possesses strong classroom management skills.

* Demonstrates a systems-driven approach to education, ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery.

* Maintains high personal and professional standards.

* Has a proven track record of fostering student achievement in Mathematics.

* Is enthusiastic about professional development and continuous learning.

* Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
