We are currently looking for a Workshop Engineer to join the team at our Hampshire Wheelchair Services Centre based in Chandlers Ford. You will need to be comfortable with the use of hand tools, have natural fault finding abilities and be mechanically minded.

What are we looking for?

* Experience of conducting repairs, servicing and maintenance within a mechanical or electrical background - you will be working on both manual and powered wheelchairs

* A confident user of bench and hand tools

* Warehouse and wheelchair experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

* A can-do attitude with natural engineering/fault finding abilities

* Process all associated paperwork concerning repairs and servicing accurately recorded on a daily basis

* Assist with annual and interim stock takes as required

* You may be required to assist in clinics with repairs on occasion

* You will be required to participate in our emergency on-call rota

* A full UK driving licence (minimum 3 years)
