Across the nation, we are moving the needle through innovation. It s in our blood. The Marketing Technology Department has an opening for a Senior Adtech Product Manager. This position is located in Pleasanton, California. Position_Purpose Albertson s Companies is looking for people who are interested in re- imagining the grocery experience by harnessing the power of digital technologies. The Senior Adtech Product Manager will work closely with Engineering, Business, UX, Data teams and more to build and implement the product roadmap for Martech solutions. Key_Responsibilities_include,_but_are_not_limited_to: * Demonstrated expertise and has been part of a digital marketing transformation initiative across data, analytics, attribution, targeting and integration with 3rd party analytics, CDP and marketing partners * Help lead the strategy, prioritization, and execution for new and existing marketing channels, tools, and initiatives. * Scale our marketing efforts by building or buying tools to enhance our product offering to our end users (Paid Social Display, Email Push, SMS, Campaign Management, Customer Data Platform, Digital Asset Management, and more) * Communicate product vision to senior management, cross-functional teams, and various stakeholders * Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful products and/ or features, including process, and change management. * Define, monitor, and measure product metrics and KPIs, incorporate learnings into product definition and development process * Manage the full product lifecycle - defining features, writing specifications and measurement metrics and iterate through A/B Testing and data-centric designs * Enable tools that solve problems for internal users, build integrations, systems, APIs marketing tools for grocery delivery, drive-up-and-go and online/ecommerce * Develop product roadmaps and backlog. Work with dev leads on planning and sprint process * A structured thinker who breaks down problems into first principles and masterfully organizes and drives solutions cross- functionally. Identifies, understands and manages impacts and interdependencies across engineering, business and UX teams * Own the product development cycle from idea and data to requirements gathering and working with architecture and engineering to identify technical needs to user testing through release * Create user stories and scenarios, direct and approve UI/UX activities and define acceptance criteria * Manage all project contributors and overall project timelines, deliverables, issues, and risks. Understands the pieces necessary to execute a multi-team project Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree required * 6+ years relevant experience with 4+ years in e-commerce/internet in a business analytics and marketing technology. Experience in mobile app marketing a plus * You have great attention to detail but base your strategy on the big picture objectives. * Ability to communicate to business stakeholders like a growth marketing leaders and business stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of strategy, ROI, and opportunities * You understand how technology can solve customer and business partner problems and can engage in the details with different types of engineering teams to find simpler solutions * You have a passion for Martech Solutions-including but not limited to Google Cloud Platform, LiveRamp, DV360, Google Campaign, Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Appsflyer, Localytics, Adobe Analytics * Strategic thinker with a customer centric focus. * Strong communicator with influencing and persuasion skills. * Strong influencer, collaborator, and relationship builder. * Data and solutions driven. * Innovative thinker and problem solver. * Technology savvy. * Ability to develop relationships, influence and collaborate across all levels. * Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task to meet deadlines. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to build, motivate and lead teams to successful results.
