A leading technology innovator based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their continuously growing team. You will have the responsibility and ownership of the design, development and maintenance of multiple software components and small projects, including custom applications, from initiation through to integration into a released product.

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will in a team of 50+ hardware, software, and mechanical engineers to develop machine and human interfacing technologies. This Senior Embedded C Software Engineer job is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation that offers clear career progression.

Experience required for the Senior Embedded Software Engineer:

* A strong background in Real Time (RTOS) Embedded C Software programming.

* Experience with driver interfacing (SPI, 12C, CAN, etc.).

* Exposure to Embedded Linux would be very beneficial.

* Experience with multi-threaded operating systems.

* Any scripting experience would be beneficial but not essential.

* To have obtained a relevant software, electronics, or computer science related degree.
