Position: Technical Account Manager
Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire (OX29)
Salary: £competitive
Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)

Opportunity:

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are excited to be working with our friends and longstanding IT Support client, at an incredibly exciting time for their rapidly expanding and highly reputable IT support business. As part of their growth they are looking for an enthusiastic and intelligent Technical Account Manager to join their friendly team based in Eynsham.

As Technical Account Manager, you will regularly keep in close contact with all of your accounts to manage and sustain key working relationships, whilst providing a premium level of service to ensure ultimate client satisfaction. As part of this role, you will liaise with numerous stakeholders within other businesses, so stakeholder management is key.

Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client are very ethical and value-led and are therefore looking for a real people’s person, who can offer impeccable customer service whilst being committed and commercially driven to hit their targets by upselling IT products to their accounts (this should be achieved through a consultative, ‘fact-finding’ approach).

The successful Technical Account Manager will also be the point of contact for lots of businesses who may require some help, so on occasion, will work closely with the technical team to resolve any issues to maintain relationships and grow accounts.

Requirements:

* Experience as an Account Manager, with a working technical knowledge

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally

* Commercially driven to hit targets and grow key accounts

* The ability and desire to understand complex IT issues with the view to provide a solution to every client

* Due to their relatively remote office, the successful candidate must hold a Full UK Driving license or live very locally
