IT Support / Technical Support Consultant - Horsham - £20,000 + Benefits

Lloyd Recruitment are working with this well-established financial services company, they urgently require an IT Support Consultant/Engineer to join their thriving team.

This role would ideally suit a college leaver with strong IT Support knowledge that is looking to start their career or someone with up a year’s work experience in IT Support.

Full training will be provided on their bespoke software as well as ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities:

* Provide front line IT support

* Set up new users

* Undertake routine maintenance for PC’s and printers

* Manage IT Support tasks

* Undertake management of bespoke software

* Liaise with directors and team members to ensure smooth running of all systems

* Develop, monitor, improve and provide advice on all things IT

Skills & Experience:

* Strong IT Support skills

* Good working knowledge of PC, laptop and printer hardware

* Quick to learn new skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong administration skills and attention to detail

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to communicate at all levels

* IT literate and proficient in IT packages
