Service Desk Analyst

** Exeter **

** Fixed Term contract - 12 Months **

** £9.50 - £11.14 ph **

** Full-time - 37.5 hours per week **

A great starting point to an exciting career in IT, you will be a part of a small team of customer focused technicians who are responsible for the efficient and effective support of different trust user base.

The post holder will be the first line analyst, who is the first point of contact for the Trusts user base for all IT requests and incidents, triaging incoming jobs and offering first line fixes where possible.

The role

To provide exceptional customer service
To effectively and efficiently manage the first line call stack/queue and their own individual call stack/queue
Keep users up to date during the progress
Achieve and exceed KPI's
Undertake PC, Laptop and other equipment diagnostics, cleaning, maintenance
Escalate any issues that ariseAbout you

4x GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
Previous experience in the use of at least Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft Apps for Enterprise
Good communication
Customer service experienceThe Basics
