Mental Health Nurse, Band 6.

Vacancy working within the Personality Disorder team, treating working aged adults in the community, based in Barnet.

Vacancy for an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to work in a highly therapeutic, evidence-based way with patients with severe, non-forensic personality disorder, in a community setting.

Barnet Personality Disorder Team offers a specialist outpatient assessment and treatment service to people living in Barnet whose difficulties meet criteria for Cluster B personality disorder (emotionally unstable, narcissistic, histrionic and anti-social). The majority of patients who are referred have difficulties which meet criteria for Emotionally Unstable (Borderline) Personality Disorder.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong interest in, and commitment to, working with people with severe personality disorder in a community setting.

The successful candidate will join a small team in which there are continuous learning and development opportunities and a record of effectively supporting people with complex and long term difficulties to find a way to live their life with more satisfaction, freedom and sense of achievement.

The role is a full time NHS contract, Monday - Friday 9-5.
The hourly rate for the role is £27 p/h.

We also offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3-month contract.
